Order Processing:

All orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement.

Cancellation Window:

If you wish to cancel an order placed but not yet shipped, you can do so immediately. Simply log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the option to cancel. Your payment will be refunded promptly.
For orders that have already been shipped, please wait until the product is returned to our warehouse. Once the warehouse has completed the inspection and verification process, a refund will be initiated.

 

Refund Process:

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed directly to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
If the product has already been shipped, refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. We appreciate your patience during this process.
