If you’re afraid of buying a couch online like I was… DONT BE! This website is 100% legit and product is TRUE to specifications. I got the color black, let me tell you, it POPS in my house. Feels incredibly soft, big enough for the whole family plus guests. The storage underneath the seats is AMAZING, perfect for blankets or throw pillows. I love the pull out section to make it larger because who doesn’t love a wider couch area to pass out on. Soft enough, but still firm. Super comfortable, my new favorite thing in my house. LOVE IT!
Came with a broken leg but they’re helping me resolve the issue which is good! The instructions were wedged in the box and hidden so I didn’t see them until after the fact but it was easy enough to figure out without! Very soft and firm. Wish it angled back 45 degrees like the other model does though that’s the only negative!

I just received my new Amira couch, and after scouring the reviews and many other options for weeks, I finally made the purchase. The reviews were spot on - the fabric is super soft, the cushions are super cozy, and the assembly was quite easy. Like many others, the shipment came in five boxes, three coming much earlier than the others but that was fine. Customer service has been responsive by email and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

Was worried the Piano Black would look too dark, but the long faux fur catches the light beautifully. It looks sleek and handles my shedding corgi like a champ.
The quality appears to be really good. I was worried about that for the price. It came sooner than expected and it was super easy to put together. The seat part is a little firmer than I like but overall it is very comfortable. The pullout is very easily to pull and put back. I was looking for an amazing cozy chair for my little reading nook and I believe I found it!

Ordering and customer service are great! Easy to unbox, setup and move around -even for a 75 year old woman! I love the versatility, clean lines and easy care of my new sofa. The faux leather is gorgeous, but not as comfortable as my daughter’s fabric one and the back pillows are in almost constant need of being set upright again. I do think that if the seat was just a few inches deeper, it would make a big difference in the comfort as the leather back cushions are firmer than the fabric ones. Overall, I’m very pleased with the price, ease of setup and beautiful new look in my home.
