We have a small living room but really wanted a couch with a chaise. It’s perfect. Family of 3 and dog are super happy! It’s super easy to assemble and looks great!
This couch is lovely. Gorgeous color and super soft and comfy. Problem? I, like many others, am missing a whole box- an entire seat . So it sits unfinished AND took us two hours to put it together. Some boxes come with instructions for assembling that one box but they’re vague, the “instructions” for assembling the whole couch together were for a completely different couch than I ordered so I had to figure it out on my own. I’m sure I’ll enjoy the couch once it’s all together but the journey there makes this experience less than thrilling.
Two year in owning the couch. The couch itself is great but come time cleaning, the cushion covers are easily taken off and washable, and come out nicely out of wash (I did hang them to air dry instead of putting them in the dryer). However, when I went to take of seat cushions I realized that tufting going through the seat cushion foam. This might be easy to take off but will be impossible to put back together the same way it is now after washing. So even though you can theoretically take the covers off the seat cushions, you won't and you'll have to spot clean them or go tufted-less and ruin the look, especially if you have pull out with non-removable cover. There is also no information about this anywhere I searched, and no tips or tricks how to best clean the couch. Sofa guide briefly mentions some options but mainly to refer to each couch' label, and nothing about tufted cushions.

The tufting is intentionally stitched through the cushion to keep the filling securely in place, help maintain its shape, and prevent the cushion from shifting during everyday use. As a result, these particular tufted seat cushions are not designed to have their covers fully removed for machine washing.

Don’t do it. Had it almost a year and can’t even sit on it, it’s so uncomfortable. This is office furniture. It’s not deep at all for lounging. Fabric snagged the first week we had it and continues to do so. No just noooo!! Worst couch purchase ever.
Just purchased, easy to put together, color is nice.
Easy to put together and adjust into different configurations to fit my space and needs. Love the built-in storage and cupholders, and the way this can be converted into a sleeper for any overnight guests. Allows me to finally have enough seating for movie days AND for my very tall roommate to stretch out comfortably. I do wish everything could've been shipped together, all at once, rather than having to wait for the multiple boxes to arrive via multiple deliveries. But overall very satisfied after having it for just a couple days.
Easy to put together. Very comfortable and love that we can change the look or add on when we want.

I love everything about this! The storage is amazing! The sofa itself is so soft. My husband is a bigger guy and he loves it and finds it extremely comfortable. I could sleep on it all day long and my back not hurt which is very important to me. lol - it is easy to get all animal hair off of it as well.
Rug is so soft and pretty. I put it in our closet and we love walking on it without shoes or slippers. I bought one for our daughter’s closet. I wish there were larger sizes available to buy.
Very comfy and adorable chair! Could maybe be built to be more sturdy and more of a cushion for the bottom. I’ve only had it a few days though, so it might just need time to break in. Much comfier to sit in with it pulled out.
I purchased the teal colored sofa system several months ago. I was not given enough cushions and I have not been able to buy one because they have been out of stock for months. The company is no help, they just tell you they don’t know when they are coming back. It’s been several months! How can they not have this item for a sofa they still sell?!
Super comfy lounging space! Even though it was called "boneless," I was surprised that its 100% cushion. However, the frame has a very rigid shape (the arms can easily balance a cup of coffee) but an adult couldn't sit on the arm without it sinking. My small children, however, climb on it without it sinking. The material is AMAZING, and I'm so excited to have it in our sunroom.
Bought 2 of these and a single to fit the length of the wall in our camper. They are sturdy, comfortable & easy to clean. My husband (who is a Big Guy) and dog are always sleeping on it. Nice that it came in pieces, and could fit in the SUV to bring down to the camper. Easy to put together. Great purchase and even better that we got it on sale.

Absolutely love this couch!!! I've been wanting a couch with storage for years and could never find one that had actual storage space. Most have cup holders and that "storage" that can hold remotes. I saw Mama Cookie get hers and saw the real storage it had along with big space and comfortable cushions?!?! I knew i had to get this couch. Me and my son are cuddle bugs so a couch big enough for us to have space apart and together is very necessary. We love it and super happy to finally have it!! I ordered the Brazo L-shaped boneless sectional. It arrived in 2 boxes and I opened it over the course of 72 hours and it is so worth it! Couch is so comfortable and fabric is so soft! Highly recommend this couch for your room!
We absolutely love this sofa!!! We are a family of five and it is great for movie nights! You do need to give it a day after set up to ‘relax’. I love how interchangeable it is…. Especially when throwing a party or something. The clue color is incredible and it’s very soft.
Very comfy, velvet material feels great, tons of storage (storage bottom feels like thin wood so wouldn't put anything heavy in it), very easy to adjust the sofa layout.
Comfy and cozy for the price point! We needed room to snuggle and this does the trick! Easy enough to put together... some of the brackets were tough to get into place and if you want to play with the configuration, you have to remove them. But overall, a great buy.

The couch is relatively easy to put together and it being a modular couch makes it easy to get up stairs. It is a unique green color and the style is nice. The couch is very firm, the back of the couch is pretty straight, and the cushions are narrow, so neither the back nor bottom cushions are that comfortable for me. As a result, I’m not sure how the couch will be for lounging, but I hope it gets more comfortable the more I use it.
