We just bought our first house decided it was time for a couch upgrade. It's always nerve wracking to order furniture you've never seen or touched in person. But the couch we recieved is so stunning and comfortable. And the pull out option is so nice for stretching out OR having guests over. It's definitely worth the money and shipping only takes a few days.
I was kind of hesitant to purchase this particular one since it had 0 reviews, but I took a chance checking out the other styles. Couch was super quick to deliver and easy to assemble. Firm but it says to wait 48 hours to expand. Fits nicely and I bought an additional singular seat and ottoman after the fact to make it a little more comfy feeling for movie nights! The only complaint is the spacing between the pull outs which I totally understand. Material is nice and thick, wish they had a couple more color choices in this style.
I had been eyeing this couch and finally purchased it. I will say, it was easy to put together, but I suggest putting it together as you open each box and not do what i did, which was open everything and figure out which piece is which because not every piece was labeled. I don't mind the firmness of the couch. I think it's quite comfy. The only issue I had was putting the arms of the couch on because one of them didn't just slide down and I had to lift the couch and slide it onto the arm (if that makes sense). I just wish both end pieces were made the same. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.
I never buy new couches but it was hard to find a black sectional used so I splurged on this and am not disappointed! I usually prefer softer couches and beds and this one a bit on the firmer side but def not rock hard, still comfortable! The pull out bed slides out super smooth. I love the extra storage and being able to configure it so many different ways. I’m not sure what the fabric is but it feels velvety. Pet hair comes off super easy. I haven’t washed the covers yet. The build is pretty sturdy. The only thing is the back cushions are a little too lightly filled so a throw pillow helps behind your back.
I needed a modular sleeper sofa that would come in pieces small enough to fit up a tight/narrow stairway and this fit the bill! It arrived in 3 boxes and was super easy to move up the stairway and assemble. Really solid once assembled and the sleeper loveseat pullout is easy to operate. Only complaints are it’s a bit firm, the depth is a bit shallow when pulled out (I’m 5’2 and my feet are at the end of the footstool when sitting with my feet up), and one back cushion never properly inflated. But the company was super responsive and shipped me a replacement cushion immediately. Super happy with this budget friendly modular sofa!!!
Received half of my couch yesterday and the remaining pieces today. The delivery date said it would come by January 31st, but today is the 23rd. Over all the assembly was very easy. I didn’t even need the instructions. It is better with 2 people. One thing I wish was available was more information on the product. I looked at Belffins website for the information I needed as well like the covers coming off and being washable but I couldn’t find it for my specific couch. Another thing is that this couch is extremely firm, which I am hoping it will break in soon fingers crossed. I am also hoping that the back seat cushions fluff up a little more, I have 1 that is perfect though. If they don’t, I will definitely be buying more fluff for them. I really love the design of the armrests though. And how wide they are. Very cute, the pleating adds character. Overall I love that it has a pull out bed, and it can fit my entire family for less than $1,500. I will edit this when I have given it about a month. Edit: the back cushions have all fluffed out as much as I think they are going to. They are all like the perfect one now!
Quality and great customer service
I bought this modular couch in July for my first apartment and chose the pullout sleeper with the ottoman layout. It arrived in four boxes, and even living alone, I found it very straightforward to assemble. The material is soft, and so far, it’s been pretty comfortable!
I really like the structure of my couch. The quality is good the assembly is super easy I and my husband assembled it in about an hour or so. The only thing is that packages arrived on different days but the customer service provided with all the tracking details so that was helpful. I wanted a pull out couch and after searching for tons of options finally landed on this one. Well when it comes to comfort I feel it should have been little more on softer side I just hope eventually it becomes little soft because as of now I can't sleep on this couch as it gives me a very bad backache. I will prefer this for normal seating and binge watch but not for sleeping. Overall I am happy with it I just wish this to be on a little softer part to give that ultimate comfort and make this a 5 star product.
Bought it for our camper with limited space and could not be happier with this purchase! It’s a great size for the space, compact, offers a pull out bed for extra sleeping, easy assemble. The fabric is quality, assembly is basically self explanatory and it’s nice and firm, hopefully built to last. Definitely worth every penny and exactly what we were looking for!
This couch is aesthetically pleasing and exactly what I envisioned. I ordered a second single seat insert to extend it wider/longer and this made it perfect, visually.However, it is very firm. Borderline uncomfortable, especially when utilizing the pull out bed function.They sell a velvet version of this couch which looks very comfortable but doesn't look aesthetically pleasing.Its easy to put together, especially after watching the online tutorials but it is time consuming. I put it together myself. It would have been a lot faster with 2 people.After much research on this couch and others, I am happy with my choice. Visitors state they love the look of it. I haven't had any compliments about the feel of it yet however lol.
It was super easy to put together. I would suggest having a second person but I was able to get it together in 30 minutes alone. If you like firm couches, this is for you. I like a firm couch and this is perfect. I love the built in storage and the pullout bed function. They are both super smooth and work better than expected. It even comes with these two little metal peices that allow you to lock the foot stool in place with the large container section so it does not move while using the couch as a bed. Everything about this is well thought out and extremely easy to use.

Arrived 2 days early! Easy to assemble without any instructions. Cushions are firm but comfortable and supportive. Storage under love seat holds 3 throw blankets and 3 long size pillows. I was skeptical but I am so glad I pulled the trigger and bought this! Perfect for our area and family!
