We got our couch in less than a week! Super easy to put together and love all the storage!

I was kind of hesitant to purchase this particular one since it had 0 reviews, but I took a chance checking out the other styles. Couch was super quick to deliver and easy to assemble. Firm but it says to wait 48 hours to expand. Fits nicely and I bought an additional singular seat and ottoman after the fact to make it a little more comfy feeling for movie nights! The only complaint is the spacing between the pull outs which I totally understand. Material is nice and thick, wish they had a couple more color choices in this style.

I love these affordable sofas. The cushion is more on firm side, but I prefer firmer sofa that holds its shape well. Thin profile makes this sofa more modern. What I love the most is how every bottom cushion, and back cushions can be unzip and wash. Having 3 children and 2 dogs, having washable cushions is a huge deal for me. I am glad I found this soft velvet, stylist, & comfortable sofa. Now our family's movies night is a lot more fun as we can pull out the sleeper couch section as needed. As far as for customer service, one part of the sofa was damaged during shipping process, but seller quickly resolve my issue professionally and promptly.

Everything I was looking for

It was super easy to put together. I would suggest having a second person but I was able to get it together in 30 minutes alone. If you like firm couches, this is for you. I like a firm couch and this is perfect. I love the built in storage and the pullout bed function. They are both super smooth and work better than expected. It even comes with these two little metal peices that allow you to lock the foot stool in place with the large container section so it does not move while using the couch as a bed. Everything about this is well thought out and extremely easy to use.

The cushions on this couch are a bit too firm for my liking but very supportive and looks great! The customer service is way better than I thought! One of the ottomans had a cracked wood piece and their customer service called me back within an hour of leaving a message, the emailed video I sent went through and they sent a new one out. We received a new ottoman within 2 days!!! I cannot recommend this company enough!
