This sofa is so plush and comfortable. It arrived in a LOT of boxes so be prepared. Unpack and assemble each box separately and then assemble the sofa into whatever configuration you want. I did add slats under the cushions for more support. It doesn’t need it BUT my child likes to plop down when sitting. The cushions stay in place with Velcro. I love everything about it and so does my dog.

The Vayla duel layer is absolutely beautiful and seems to be pretty well made from frames to fabric. That said, the top cushion slides around way too much and gets bunched up. The fabric seems really loose around the top cushion as well. Hence the 4-star review. Ultimately, I would recommend to a friend.
I love this couch! The only thing that I don't like is when we lift it up to pivot/move, the end pieces will detach if you're not super careful.
The honest review for those who are scared to take the risk -We were hesitant to order based off limited reviews AND the price discrepancy between Amazon & the companies website. We went ahead and purchased. All boxes came within 5 days, super easy to put together, but it is a 2 person job.Definitely give the cushions some time to rise, but once they do, it is a CLOUD to lay on! Super comfortable, deep seats, and perfect for gathering friends or family movie nights!

I really love it! The couch took a while to get here because it was actually on back order and that wasn’t super clear on the website, but really I didn’t care so much when it got here (and it was quick once it was back in stock). I do wish that shipping had been a little more transparent and it would be nice if the packages all arrived on the same day, but the quality is good and it feels like it was worth the wait.
The couch is well made and feels sturdy and the modular connector points are really good, but it is important to put it together in the order that they say to put it together, otherwise the way it slides together won’t go together right. You’ll know you’re doing it wrong if it seems way too hard to put it together and it seems that the gold pieces are too “buried” to actually slide together. In my case, they weren’t “too buried” I was just doing it wrong :D.

My boyfriend was out of town when the couch got here (really quick delivery) so I put it together myself. My only qualm was the instructions were in the last box that I opened. I wish they would have put some indicator to which box they were in.
