I’m really happy with this sofa! The design is modern yet functional it even has a side space that’s perfect for holding a cup of coffee or the remote, which makes everyday use super convenient. The cushions have just the right firmness: not too hard, but not too soft either, making it very comfortable to sit or lounge on. We ordered this as a Cuddle couch for Christmas, we were excited when it arrived early, but only one piece arrived on Friday. UPS said I guess I will be back tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, no other pieces. I noticed that the entire order had been marked as delivered so on Sunday I sent a message to customer service asking for an update on remaining pieces. On Monday they responded with tracking numbers for all the items and that eve UPS showed up with the remaining parts. We immediately set out to set it up. The color was exactly what we had hoped for, it was very easy to set up and in no time we were trying it out. It was so comfortable we both fell asleep.

As you can see I have a small living room. I purchased 3 double and a corner with the 2 ends. Fits perfectly.Love the storage and that the fabric is pet proof. Was easy to put together and was delivered with care.
I love this couch. It is firm but soft it has storage. It is exactly what I wanted. The only thing the seller could improve is include all tracking numbers I don’t know how the seller would do that
We love are new sectional! 6 for the 8 packages arrived two days early. The 7th the next day and the last one which was the ottoman arrived on the third day. Was very easy to assemble. I had to contact their customer service, cause I was afraid the one package wasn’t going to come. They were very nice and courteous, even called the day that it arrived to make sure it arrived. Answered all my questions. All my concerns. I did notice one thing and I didn’t when I talked to them on the phone. My ottoman came with the brackets to attach to the sectional and ottoman has holes for the brackets, but none of the couch pieces have the holes for the brackets. One thing that I did bring up to them is a couple of our cushions. I don’t know if it was due to packaging or what, but they seem like they had uneven spots in them like they were folding up on the outside I contacted them as I stated above, and they were more than willing to replace those cushions.

Very nice couch, but struggled with putting it together. Would have been nice to know beforehand that you cannot sit on/use for 48 hours since the cushions come shrinkwrapped. It is a very comfy couch though, and we love all the storage underneath the cushions. We have had lots of compliments and guest asking where we got it. Lots of room for when we have company over now, too. Cleans up well if you have kiddos!
Sturdiness of this beauty is A+! I got the 8 seater & really it’s only a 6 seater but they count the ottomans which is fine! Easy assemble but I do recommend 2 people. Value of money is great! The storage is beyond amazing! We were able to fit 2 throws in each ottoman, board games in the doubles & more! We still don’t know what we will do with the extra storage.I’m 5’10” & the back of the couch is slightly shorter than my old one but it doesn’t bother me any. If you’re wanting something to lean back in though, get yourself a recliner.Shipping is amazing! The seller reached out to me the day after I purchased it & let me know if have 8 packages, sent me all the tracking numbers. I wasn’t suppose to get any of it for almost 2 weeks. I got 2 packages in 4 days, 4 packages 2 days later & my last 2 packages 3 days later! I received the final packages 4-6 days early. I put it together as it came in too! Cushions say to give 48hrs to air out, once they do, they’re comfy!Highly recommend this couch! I don’t leave reviews but I noticed this one needed more so I wanted to raise awareness on what an awesome affordable deal this is!
This is not a $5,000 couch. But in all honesty, I have owned 5k couches before and this has better features. I don't know how long the couch will last as I have just received it, but I know, that its built quite sturdy and I love the storage. I also love that it's modular. Other options for simlar products run around 7-8 grand minimum. Try this one first, you'll be happy you did. It's pretty comfortable, the storage is excellent. the build quality is pretty darn good, and it's pretty easy to scotch guard for cleaning purposes. It's quite heavy and will most likely require two people when assembling. The couch height could be a concern for people with poor leg strength but overall, it's darn nice!!!

We purchased the 10 seater in dark grey. It came with 4 of the 2 seater sections, 2 corners, 2 armrests, and the large ottoman. It came in 8 packages. They were packaged really well. All cushions were vacuum sealed. Super easy to put on the plastic washers and legs for each piece and then slide the back pieces on. Each section connects together super easily. The ottoman came with metal bars and since every couch piece has holes in the base, you can place the ottoman wherever you want it and keep it from moving around using those bars placed in the holes. Every piece opens up and has quite a bit of storage. There is a tab you can use to open them, or you can tuck the tab in the base so you don’t see it. Each seat cushion has Velcro on the bottom so you can attach it to the base if desired. The back cushions just sit on the couch. It is firm, but also very cozy. The actual height of the back of the couch is only 28 inches. When the back cushions are stood up straight, that’s the 36 inches height, so it is a shorter couch than expected. We love how modular it is and how easy it is to move and connect the couch differently. The only issues we’ve had so far with the couch is that the back pieces tend to bend/creak if you sit back hard enough. We don’t have it against a wall, so it’s not as sturdy as we would like it to be. And then also, the color was not what we expected. It definitely has a lot of blue in it. Like a dark navy blue and grey in it. But it’s still really pretty. Overall a good purchase, and good couch for a family.
