Pretty, soft fabric, easy to assemble but very firm

Shipping was extremely fast. I think it arrived within five days after ordering. The fabric color is true ti photo and very soft. It’s easy to clean and covers come off to wash in machine (I just washed one that got watercolor on it and it came right out). It was very easy to put together and the guide was pretty easy to follow. It was mildly confusing when we were figuring out what was what coming out of the vacuum packaging because it arrived into deliveries so on the first day, we were missing an arm rest. I love the storage. I love how wide it is and that it’s modular and movable. My only complaint is that it’s extremely firm. We wanted something guests could sleep on or would be nice to cuddle on and watch a movie. This is not a comfortable couch. It is not fluffy. It’s extremely firm. We might put this one in our guest room and purchase one elsewhere for our living room since one of our main goals, besides having storage and Ottomans was for it to be extremely comfortable. If you’re looking for a cloud couch, this is not it. If if you like firm, but beautiful couches this one’s for you.

So soft!!!

I am more than pleased with this couch. It's soft, comfortable, and doesn't seem to attract too much dog hair. I would definitely buy it if you are on the fence. 😊

Best purchase I've made in a long time! It's comfortable....like REALLY comfortable. Easy to assemble, though I did receive two left arms. Customer service corrected the problem very quickly. For the cost, I expected mediocre hardware, but I was so wrong. The brackets and connectors are heavy-duty metal, so I feel confident that it's not going to break apart. Super-fast shipping too...like, I ordered on a Sunday or Monday night and it was delivered on Wednesday.

Belffin has exemplary customer service. I'm a picky consumer and contacted Belffin via phone and e-mail prior to my purchase of the Thara sofa AND after delivery. They were always prompt, responsive and clear with their communications and went out of their way to assist me with a minor snafu with my delivery. For anyone concerned about purchasing internet products I can vouch for this company's legitimacy and care for their customers.
