I am more than pleased with this couch. It's soft, comfortable, and doesn't seem to attract too much dog hair. I would definitely buy it if you are on the fence. 😊

Best purchase I've made in a long time! It's comfortable....like REALLY comfortable. Easy to assemble, though I did receive two left arms. Customer service corrected the problem very quickly. For the cost, I expected mediocre hardware, but I was so wrong. The brackets and connectors are heavy-duty metal, so I feel confident that it's not going to break apart. Super-fast shipping too...like, I ordered on a Sunday or Monday night and it was delivered on Wednesday.

Belffin has exemplary customer service. I'm a picky consumer and contacted Belffin via phone and e-mail prior to my purchase of the Thara sofa AND after delivery. They were always prompt, responsive and clear with their communications and went out of their way to assist me with a minor snafu with my delivery.
