Very soft, easy to put together. Only issue is that the delivery is set for it to be delivered 3 separate days & i dont have all the parts yet

This pull-out loveseat sofa was very easy to assemble. It came with a screwdriver and the assembly went smooth with easy-to-follow instructions. The whole family enjoys it and finds it very comfortable. Great addition to our sunroom!

If you’re afraid of buying a couch online like I was… DONT BE! This website is 100% legit and product is TRUE to specifications. I got the color black, let me tell you, it POPS in my house. Feels incredibly soft, big enough for the whole family plus guests. The storage underneath the seats is AMAZING, perfect for blankets or throw pillows. I love the pull out section to make it larger because who doesn’t love a wider couch area to pass out on. Soft enough, but still firm. Super comfortable, my new favorite thing in my house. LOVE IT!

Was worried the Piano Black would look too dark, but the long faux fur catches the light beautifully. It looks sleek and handles my shedding corgi like a champ.

I was very nervous about purchasing a couch on line. I've been looking at this couch now for about 7months and decided to order it!! I am so happy with it! The quality very good!! Delivery was quick! I love it!!!

The Plume sofa arrived quickly. Assembly was easy thanks to clear, concise instructions. The fabric is soft and plush, yet the cushions remain firm. I love everything about the sofa except the plastic legs; I would have preferred wood and would have happily paid extra for them. Overall, it's a great product for the price.

This couch is loaded with storage and definitely invites you in to snuggle up for a movie night in.

It's a very nice sofa I love the craftsmanship of it i could not believe how the back cushions fit in the corner they are cut at an angle so it fits perfectly on the corner part love how everything locks together.

Came in 6 different size boxes, each with its own manual which got a little confusing at some point. We finally figured it out but then realized our one arm rest and chaise lounge clips were screwed on upside down. I emailed the company and still no response two weeks later. The couch is comfortable, very dense but does give enough support to my bad back. Wish the back pillows weren’t loose but that’s a minor issue. Overall happy but a little ticked the clips were put on wrong for a couch so expensive.

I was very skeptical about making this purchase before being able to have that in-person experience. I’m so glad I went for it! This is probably my favorite purchase. I love the sturdiness, height, firmness, and the overall comfortability of this couch! The color is vibrant and I love how you can add to (which I will definitely be doing) or remove sections to fit your space! This is so perfect for me and my family of four and it wasn’t as expensive as the ones in my local store. I actually prefer this one. The storage adds such a perfect touch for throws. *Notes to consider* I put this together on my own in about an hour. Open the boxes and assemble one by one. I did not use directions as it was that simple. Every piece locks together. I purchased the sleeper 3 and did not realize the lounge chaise was on the opposite side that I wanted (pay attention to that part as it cannot be reversed without extra sections) the boxes may be delivered separately it also came about a week earlier than expected ☺️💕 I hope this helps for anyone on the fence about purchasing 🫶🏽

The seat cushions are the exact firmness I was looking for. The instructions were easy to follow. I was able to assemble the entire thing by myself.The covers are very soft and easy to remove if necessary. My son immediately spilled chocolate milk on the ottoman, so I washed the cover the first day. It came out of the washing machine looking exactly like it did when it came out of the box.I did end up ordering an additional section to increase the size of the sectional by two seats. Customer service was a dream. I am so in love with this piece of furniture. If you are on the fence about ordering it, just go for it!

wanted to post a review to show how the black couch looks in person, most of the pictures are of the white or red couch. ia??m loving the look and feel of the couch. super soft a lot of storage room, height is good, & ita??s worth the money. definitely would recommend this couch to anyone.
