Good customer service, comfortable the first year. Storage is super convenient for toys and games to be put away, and the fabric holds up really well.The foam has all but completely collapsed in the second year though. All you can feel are the springs now. Good basement couch, something for little kids who don't weigh much, but it's so uncomfortable my wife doesn't even sit on it now. Probably worth saving a bit more for something with better quality foam.

Had a little shipping damage on one seat base and Belffin customer service had a new one out to me in just a few days.These couch sections are kind of small, but Ia??m 6a??a??tall and they work just fine. They make my small living room feel bigger.They are a little on the firm side though. I think firm would be preferable for sleeping on though. I already fell asleep with the seat back leaned all the way back watching TV. It would be nice if they made extra tall backs, or some kind of extensions to rest your head against.
