Best purchase I've made in a long time! It's comfortable....like REALLY comfortable. Easy to assemble, though I did receive two left arms. Customer service corrected the problem very quickly. For the cost, I expected mediocre hardware, but I was so wrong. The brackets and connectors are heavy-duty metal, so I feel confident that it's not going to break apart. Super-fast shipping too...like, I ordered on a Sunday or Monday night and it was delivered on Wednesday.
