Overall I am satisfied. I love the softness of the velvet, the quick delivery & the ease of putting it together. The things that makes it a 4 star instead of 5: you can not order additional seating, it needs more filling in the seat cushions to keep the "cloud" feeling, no seat storage. Once you sit on the soft seats, you're going to feel the hardness of the couch. I'm just going to oder some additional filling off of Amazon but after spending close to $2k I shouldn't have to spend more money to make it feel softer. I also don't like the way the bottom of the bases are finished. They should have the black liner lower. Even with that being said, I would recommend this sectional.
