I love the ease of how it all went together. Love the hidden storage. Not thrilled with the color. It's bluer green than the pictures. I'm disappointed that free gifts were listed on the page as I met spending goals. It said I had met the amount for a free ottoman. Yeah, that didn't happen. Also, the sale was supposed to end in 2 days. Still says it ends in 2 days, so I guess it's an endless sale. Just be honest. I liked the set up. I bought it. I'm happy so far. Don't lie to me!

Love this Couch

I am so impressed with you easy it was to put together all the pieces in this sectional. Shipping was so fast. The ease with which you can move the pieces around is amazing. And most importantly it is soooo comfy. My dog and I are both loving lounging on it as much as possible.

Love my new sofa!

This sofa is beautiful, soft, and very comfortable. It looks great in our home. It took 2 people a little over two hours to put together. It was a bit time consuming, but it was easy and SO WORTH IT. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and everything came well packaged. I love the versatility of the set-up options and the storage under every seat is a HUGE bonus Is it weird that I think of my sofa all day when I am at work?

Great quality for price

I was hesitant to order a couch I couldn’t physically sit on before committing to the purchase. After a lot of research I decided this checked all the boxes. Affordable, durable, modular, offers storage and incredibly soft and washable covers! I did decide to order the arms as the couch came with “backs” as arms. They are not comfortable for me, but I think the actual couch arms will meet my needs better. Shipping is fast, however FedEx damaged multiple pieces in shipping and the warranty company gave me the run around. Belffin customer service however did not. They contacted the warranty company and had them send replacements. I gave this 4/5 stars due to the couch not having regular arms which made it less comfy, however as stated, you can order “arms” for roughly $200 more. Some options do come with arms. Just be aware when deciding on the configuration you want. I also feel that the back cushions lose shape fairly quick. I do wish they could attach to the backs, but still worth the value!
